Returns and exchanges must be processed through one of our branches in Egypt as they are not permitted via the website.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must promptly file a case and provide photos of the product upon receiving it.

There is no time restriction for returning or exchanging your product,
provided it is returned in the same condition as depicted in the submitted
photos accompanying your case.
